Identifying and Intervening in the Open Tension System
Date: June 20-21
Description: In Morenian theory, the open tension system is used to describe where the influx of emotions and tensions reside at any given moment. Not dealing with these tensions results in dysfunction. Dealing with these systems in creative but not helpful ways or in ways that have been used before and have lost their potency, creates despair. This training will lead the practitioner to “seeing” conflict as an open tension system which can now be dealt with using spontaneity and sociometry.
